Jonilynn Designs Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel an order you recently completed, please contact us.  We will make every effort to cancel your order. However, our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.  We will not cancel an order once it has entered the production process. 

Personalized Orders:

Personalized orders once processed will be shipped within 7 – 10 days.

Non Personalized Orders:

Non personalized orders once processed will be shipped within one to three days.

Our elegant products are individually hand tailored and proudly made in the USA.  Jonilynn Designs stands behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. We carefully inspect and back up every order we ship with a 100% quality guarantee.

Return Policy:

All returns must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging, from a smoke free environment, and have all applicable tags still attached.

Personalized Merchandise:

Due to the nature of customized goods, we cannot accept returns for products personalized.

Non Personalized Merchandise: 

All items are custom made and have a limited inventory.  If the product is defective or materially flawed it may be returned for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 5 days of delivery date.

Return Process: 

  1. Contact us explaining your reason of your return request.  Please include your contact information name, address, phone number and invoice number on the receipt.
  2. Upon receiving your request you will be contacted within 24 hours to process the return.
